Randefalk mouthpieces are V and U shaped at the same time. It’s a gliding transition to a small cone in the throat. The cornet mouthpiece model has two different choices of cups. WV is more conical shaped and gives you a big sound. The WU cup is more rounded and shallow, and will give more control in the high register.
